Abstract

                        Gender disparities in educational attainment continue to be a significant issue globally, affecting the social, economic, and personal development of individuals and   societies. This study investigates the extent and nature of gender disparities in educational attainment within Al-Zumar Schools, employing a comparative analysisapproach. Utilizing both quantitative and qualitative methods, data was collected from students, teachers, and administrators to explore factors contributing to these disparities.
