Satire: A Promenent Tactic of Fakhira Noreen’s Humor طنز: فاخرہ نورین کی مزاح نگاری کا نمایاں حربہ

Abstract

Dr. Fakhira Noreen  is a well-known contemporary satiric and humor writer. Her humorous writing collection “Khanda hay Zan” published in 2018.  In this collection she create humor by using different tactics of Humor. Satire is a prominent tactic of her Humor. Satire highlights the weaknesses of human being and society and provides a source of laughter. The purpose of satire is usually to reform the society, in which the ridiculous aspect or flaw of an issue or thing is highlighted with the intention of creating an atmosphere of dialogue on the issue in the society and efforts are being made to solve this problem. Satire is a tool of Humour. By using satire Fakhira Noreen presents weakness and deficiencies of Human being as well as our society.  In this article satiric study of Fakhira Noreen’s humor is being conducted.
