Abstract

Physical activity and daily exercise habits play a vital role in the overall development of school students, influencing both physical health and cognitive performance. This study investigates the relationship between physical activity levels, exercise routines, and academic achievement among school students. Using a qualitative and analytical research design, the study reviews existing literature and educational reports to examine how regular physical activity impacts concentration, memory, and academic outcomes. The findings suggest that students who engage in regular physical exercise demonstrate improved academic performance, better cognitive functioning, and enhanced classroom behavior. However, factors such as lack of facilities, academic pressure, and limited awareness reduce student participation in physical activities. The study concludes that integrating structured physical activity programs into school curricula is essential for improving both health and academic success.
